Regular Cleaning
Regular cleaning would be carried out daily, Weekly or fortnightly. This service includes all light cleaning duties within your home.

Everyone's home is different and therefore will require different cleaning tasks to be carried out when we visit. We prepare and follow a cleaning specification based on your home and any requirements you may have. This is agreed prior to your first clean being carried out.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning requires a deeper clean of the property and will include all cleaning tasks required. Ensuring the property is fully cleaned before being handed back to your Landlord or Letting agency.
This service can include:
White goods cleaned and sanitised. Windows external and internal, Carpets and soft furnishings, Ovens hobs and extractors.
HMO's, House shares, Airbnb
& Holiday Lets
A local reliable service for HMO & house-share properties. A daily or weekly service clean of all the communal areas and communal equipment.
We can also conduct weekly fire alarm tests.

Airbnb & Holiday lets require a slightly different approach. We work around your check in/out schedule, clean and prepare the property prior to your guest's arrival.
We also offer a linen/laundry service and guest welcome packs of local/regional products. (subject to availability)
