  • What do you supply?
    Everything, all we ask you to provide is access to the property. We are also trusted key holders for 94% of our customers.
  • Are you licensed and Insured?
    Yes we carry full Employers and Public liability insurance. Any customer can ask to see a copy of our insurance at any time. There is no licence that can be obtained or is required under UK law .
  • Do I have to be home when you clean?
    That is totally up to each customer to decide, We hold keys for 94% of our current customer base. Ensuring the safe use and storage of all customer keys.
  • What does it all cost?
    There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to domestic cleaning as every customers requirements will be as different as the home they live in. Prices may differ depending on the time, location and specification required. Contact our team to discuss your requirements .
  • Will I have the same cleaner(s)?
    Yes, we know the importance of having the same cleaner(s) each visit, It takes time to learn the specification and layout of the properties we are cleaning. As work work in teams you will always have the same cleaners that know you, your requirements and your property.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment is due on the day of service, Most customers choose to set up standing orders whilst others prefer to leave cash. Our cleaning team do not carry card terminals to process payments.
  • Will I be tied in to long contracts ?
    No long contracts. We do however ask for a notice period of 4 weeks.
  • How are the cleaners/cleaning monitored ?
    Supervisors are present at ever clean to manage the team and maintain the high standards of cleaning within your home.
  • Who do I contact if there is a problem ?
