3C Domestic have been cleaning private holiday let properties for a number of years now and with the sharp rise of websites like AirBnb there is a great demand for a flexible cleaning service that works around your check in/out schedule. 

We understand that its sometimes difficult to predict the schedule of cleaning needed and therefore offer total flexibility in our delivery based upon your specific needs.

Our HMO cleaning service will thoroughly clean the property in accordance with

Cleaning Spec. & Quotation

Once we have all the details and confirmed all services required, 

We can produce an accurate quote and create your unique cleaning breakdown. 

We will also confirm our availability on your requested date of service. 


Arrangements & Confirmation

At this stage we will produce a full detailed cleaning check sheet. (which will be used as a job/check list by our cleaners)  We will send this to you along with our service agreement, T&C's and payment info. we will also confirm the price, day and time of your service.

You will need to then sign or confirm via email that all details are correct and you are happy to proceed. 


Cleaning commences
Day of clean

On the day, we will arrive at the agreed time and commence a full and thorough clean.

-All we require on the day of the clean is access to the property (as arranged).

-We will notify you via text and email once we have completed the works and secured the property before leaving.

-We will return all keys (If applicable).


Your Acceptance 

Once you have received our quote you should take a few moments to:


-Check the information and details are correct.

-Let us know that you are happy with the quote and would like to proceed.


Invoices, Receipts & Certificates

A receipt will be issued once payment has been received.

If you require a cleaning certification please let us know, this will be issued along with receipt.

Landlords and Letting agents will be invoiced under the agreed terms.
